Shipping & Returns



Returns Policy

 You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

 Defective items must be returned by the buyer and will be repaired, or replaced, or store credit at our discretion, and in agreement with customer. Items returned are at buyers expense, and must be pre-approved. You must obtain an RMA#  or it may be refused. You will find more information by clicking here to be directed to completed orders page (YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN). Or Click on "my account", "completed orders", then select item to return.

 At buyers expense we can have a UPS tag pickup the item for return. Using our volume UPS discount pricing can save you money, and time compared to taking it to i.e. UPS Store. This service must be prepaid by buyer.

 You should expect to receive your replacement, or credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive resolution more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your resolution once we've received and processed the returned item.

 Use of Big store (walmart, Dicks) crosman, and other non high grade BBs can, and may void warranty if damage was caused by inferior BB product. Dismantling the product without prior authorization also voids all warranty.

 Items returned deemed buyer error, and or at fault , buyer must pay for return shipping. Or a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from refund. Please be sure to check all common problems prior to contacting us, example jammed BB, battery not charged, did not know how to load magazine,... all of these examples are buyer errors, but are not all inclusive of buyer errors..

Note: Free shipping offers are UPS ground shipping within the 48 continental U.S. states only. Additional fees for shipping outside these parameters.


We currently ship only within the 48 continental U.S. states. Currently we only use UPS as our shipping service thus shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii is cost prohibitive.  If we change this to U.S.P.S. service we will inform our customers. We feel UPS offers the best tracking service for our customers at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Also to note items that are bigger, and or bulky take up more space. Since 2008 UPS has charged additional dimensional weight fees. This means an item that may weigh 1 pound if big and bulky may be charged at a 5 pound weight.

 Please be accurate with address, and include apartment, suite numbers. If you do not provide complete and accurate address we reserve the right to charge an additional amount equal to the UPS fees incurred in such event.
